What You Need to Know
All items are shipped via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail, which takes 2-3 business days anywhere within the U.S. Once your item(s) has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to the email address provided at the time of order. For additional shipping options, such as next day shipping, please contact us at email@example.com with your request.
Order processing time is usually 7-14 business days. No orders will ship on Sundays. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day. Queen E. is not responsible for any postal service errors including lost packages.
We do offer International Shipping Via Fedex, please contact us if you have questions
If you need an order rushed or expressed, there is a fee of $40 and processing time is 1-3 business days.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
All Sales are final, which means NO REFUNDS unless Queen E. is at fault. Exchanges are permitted only if the item(s) is returned in its original condition. If there are any issues with your item(s), please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receipt.
If you are not certain of your size range. Rather than order two sizes of the same item with the intent to return one please contact us to consult you on the best size for you or a possible custom measurements.
